From concept to design

We collaborate with brands in the development of eyewear and sunglasses collections from concept and sketches to final design.

3D prototypes and samples

After the design is approved, DOON proceeds with the 3D development of a prototype or make samples which takes approximately 7 business days for 3D printing, 14days for acetate, and mental or titianium, depend on the mold date.

Bulk order production

After prototype or samples is approved, we proceed with selection of colors for the frames and lenses before moving into the production

Shippment

We have long-term cooperation with UPS to keep your package safe and arrive on time.

Details

● Client submits original design in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / Sample / Picture / Accurate Drawing, or other suitable format with desired sizing.
● Our highly skilled DOON design team renders and submits CAD within 3 days and Client approves drawings.
● DOON provides a 3D printed prototype for client to check specifications within 1 weeks if necessary, and client approves specs or modifies.
● DOON produces and ships final prototype in desired materials in 3-4weeks upon the material ready. if need create molds for parts add 3 weeks more.
● Client approves prototype, or requires some modification.
● Typical delivery time, once the prototype is approved, the lead time for mass production is 60 to 75days upon the material is ready, if need create molds for all parts add 3 weeks more.

Design

It all begins with the designs and our highly experienced design team is running RhinoCad, Autocad, and UG/NX for 3D work on 3D printed eyewear.

Typical designs for standard productions are completed within 1-3 days.

Once the your designs are all set and signed off on we get your materials prepped and begin.

Typical production times vary depending on design complexity, order size, materials used and more.
