Eight years ago, Jennifer and Cherry started this company with their focus and passion for this industry. From the initial small factory to the current team of nearly 60 stable employees, we are grateful to everyone who joined us from the beginning and in the middle. We have experienced the covid, economic fluctuations, and the shift of the global supply chain. Today our steady growth is because everyone's hard work.
We counted all the employees who have joined the company since its establishment and prepared trophies and gifts for them. In China's eyewear manufacturing company, employee turnover is very high, and we are very grateful that these partners have stayed with us for so long.
We not only have employees who have joined DOON from the very beginning, but also colleagues who have followed Jennifer and Cherry for more than 20 years. From the original Swank, to the Chinese factory of Tom Davies established by Jennifer, to now. This is not just a company, we want to be a cohesive team with a common goal.
